摘要

In this paper, we have fabricated a composite this film by incorporation of SiO2 nanoparticle in PMMA, Photoluminescence and optical properties has been investigated. We made nanocomposite flexible thin films having 30 μm, 40 μm, 50 μm and 60μm thicknesses with different wt% loading of SiO2 nanoparticles (NPs). Flexible nanocomposite thin films have been prepared by mixing of colloidal solution of SiO2 NPs with PMMA solution and then solution casting and characterize them to optimize effect of SiO2concentration on the optical and photoluminescence properties of nanocomposite thin films. The Photoluminescence (PL) excitation data and optical properties measurements clearly revealed that concentration of SiO2 NPs affect the PL and optical properties of SiO2/PMMAnanocomposite.
