Analysis of Venture Capital Strategic Investment Decision Process in Indonesia Digital Industry

Along with the impact of globalization, digital industries all over the world has spread and dominated every business segment. The purpose of this research was to understand key factors that affect venture capitalist on investment strategic decision process in Indonesia, then analysedthe implementation of market analysing in investment strategic decision process by venture capital in Indonesia. The method used in this research is qualitative explanative. The results showed that investment strategic decision process by venture capitalists in Indonesia has four key factorsthat affect investment decision, which are team, business model, market analysis, and company valuation.
