Detecting Abnormalities Behavior in Inventory Management Transactions Using Data Visualization Approaches

The Company is engaged in trading and distribution of goods that are often managing many, even the majority of the company’s operating profit margin supported by product price less the selling price. If an error occurs in the entry price of a product, which would automaticallyreduce corporate profits. Many error in entry caused by officers so as a way to reduce these errors by improving the quality of entries officers to detect data entry errors that many commonly analyze errors in the form of a table that has been filtered. This paper proposes a data visualizationapproach for detecting abnormalities in the behavior of officers when input data that caused the error value of the inventory data. Testing of data visualization produce satisfactory feedback for analyst data or user detector, it has marked by the discovery of four entries officer who madea mistake. The result of the investigation of officer show that is. (a) the receipt piling of goods transactions which causes the officer transaction to work in a hurry, (b) the ability of the input that quickly lower the concentration, and (c) interface inventory system used is less informationrecheck good making it more difficult to control the validity of transactions when the assignments pile up.
