In line with the National Education Blueprint for Malaysian mainstream schooling, adopting a common standard for school infrastructure and adapted to local needs, to create an exciting environment for twenty first century learning been identified as future needs. The Blueprint roadmaprequires the assistance of the school teacher to incorporate the style of twenty first century learning into daily teaching and learning process. However, there are limited sources of proper guideline to transform an existing classroom to meet the required twenty first century concept neededin the context of education system in Malaysia. The focus and alignment in establishing the guideline explored in this study are to render assistance to ensure that schools’ sites and facilities are enable to brace and sync the principles of teaching and learning process in order tocomplement our existing policy by the Ministry of Education, Malaysia in deploying the twenty first century learning. The research design of this study is qualitative and the guideline will be established through a rigorous research process using the modified Delphi technique. Before embarkingon the process, a preliminary study was conducted to determine the significance of establishing the guideline. Opinions from 75 teachers from all over Malaysia were gathered through an online survey. It can be concluded that all the teachers who participated in the online survey agreed thatthere is a need for a formal guideline towards the implementation of twenty first century classroom. As a preliminary study, it is hoped that the finding can be regarded as an initial effort towards the future of twenty first century classroom in Malaysia.
