Closing has Taken Place: Scheugenpflug is now Part of Atlas Copco

At the beginning of January 2020, Scheu-genpflug AG officially became part of the Atlas Copco Group. The acquisition, which was announced at the end of October 2019, has been approved by the competition authorities. Scheugenpflug now operates within Atlas Copco's "Industrial Assembly Solutions" (IAS) division as a new, independent business line focusing on "Electronic Dispensing". Other business lines of the IAS division cover "Mechanical Joining" and "Industrial Dispensing".
