The US' CommScope has filed a patent infringement suit in the District Court of Berlin, Germany, against Cobham, related to digital distributed antenna system (DAS) technology.Cobham is a UK headquartered global technology and services innovator operating in the following markets: wireless, audio, video and data communications, including satellite communications; defence electronics; air-to-air refuelling; aviation services; life support and mission equipment.
