Metalloinvest's massive pellet production boostunderway

Russian steel maker Metalloinvest has launched pellet plant No.3 at its Mikhailovsky iron oreoperation.Completion of the plant's construction, at a cost of more than RUB16 bn ($243 M, ?216 M), enablesthe company to increase pellet output capacity by 5 Mt to 27.6 Mt/y. Metalloinvest describes No.3 asthe largest pellet plant in Russia.
