Increase of the Competitiveness of Uzbek Cotton Fiber in the International Market

摘要

The article describes a high-performance saw gin 8 DP-90, which has a new grate and spiral air chamber. The performance of the saw gin averages 11.8 kg/saw per hour, which is increased by 35.6% compared to the commercial gin due to the optimization ofthe feeding system and the parameters of the process chamber of the gin. The use of grate in the gin for fiber cleaning increases the cleaning effect of machines by 25-30 %.The introduction of 2-drum fibercleaner of a new design ensures to increase the cleaning effect of machines by 35.6 %, which is higher than that of the commercial 1VPU by 1.7 times.The introduction of 90-saw gin with 2-drum fiber cleaner ensures to increase the productivity of the plant, to bring the cleaning effect of machines in integrated configuration up to 45-50 % and get high-quality fiber being in demand in the world market.
