The effect of Chinese production cuts is spreading to other regions

Long products prices have fallen -1.7% m/m but a turning point has now been reached following theintroduction of winter heating season production cuts in China. Chinese domestic prices have increased18% m/m and are now beginning to influence prices in other regions. This along with seasonal factorswill support increases to global prices in Q1.
