Sphincter-Sparing Technics: Up-to-Date 2019

摘要

Anal fistulas need surgical treatment to be cured. Fistulotomy is the gold standard but it carries a risk of incontinence. Despite a worsened closure rate in sphincter-sparing technics, a relative innocuity according to anal continency makes these surgeries the future in the treatment of complicated fistulas. We will herein review advantages and disadvantages of these breakthroughs.
