Hormone Replacement Therapy and Colorectal Cancer Incidence and Mortality in the Prostate, Lung, Colorectal, and Ovarian Cancer Screening Trial

摘要

The effect of hormone replacement therapy on mortality from colorectal cancer is controversial. In a secondary analysis of data collected in a large multicenter trial, we show that use of hormone replacement therapy is associated with reduced mortality from colorectal cancer.
