Traditionally a heavy engineering company, the last twelve months has seen the Greenbank Group, propelled into the spotlight, by winning a string of awards for their portfolio of clean coal technology products that serve to significantly reduce carbon emissions in the power generation industry. The company was crowned 'Business of the Year' at the 2008 Derbyshire Business Awards, with managing director, Charles Conroy also picking up 'Entrepreneur of the Year.' This follows on from the company winning the 'Innovation through Technology' category at the same event last year.
