High Density Protein Micro Arrays

摘要

The nature of diseases like rheumatoid arthritis,cancer,cardiovascular disease (CVD),mul- tiple sclerosis,etc.and the effects of food on the human body are very complex.In order to understand the progress of the disease,facilitate diagnosis and treatment,drastically cost effective technologies are required.Here we show a strategy to develop high-density protein microarrays using a patent pending DNA coding technique including a self assembly process of proteins onto individual addressable microstructures.
