摘要

Background: Recent studies have shown that epigenetic alterations, especially the hypermethylated promoters of tumor suppressor genes (TSGs), contribute to prostate cancer progression and metastasis. This article proposes a novel algorithm to identify epigenetically silenced TSGs (epi-TSGs) for prostate cancer.
