Welcome

I would like to wish you a happy, productive and safe New Year and next decade. Just in case you weren't aware, due to the publishing schedule, I'm actually writing this 'Welcome' to the February journal in early January. That means by the time you read this you will likely have all but forgotten about your resolutions for the year ahead. Can I therefore take this opportunity to kindly ask you to support some great causes in this new decade? Alongside my support for the great work of the CABE Benevolent Fund, many of you will know I am also a founding Trustee of We Build the Future. This is a construction sector-led charity that seeks to transform support, advice and guidance for people who have cancer in their lives, and fund research into better cancer detection, prevention and treatment.
