Foresight Group expands AD interests beyond the UK

An infrastructure and private equity investment management company, Foresight has acquired 100% of the shares in the portfolio of AD plants from Lindhorst Gruppe, a family-owned group of companies. According to a statement from Foresight, the plants export 17MWe equivalent of electricity and biomethane, and in addition sell heat and certified biofertiliser. The facilities benefit from the German EEG renewable subsidy.
