摘要

Nitrogen-doped carbon microspheres (NCSs) were fabricated via a microwave-assisted method followed by thermal treatment in an ammonia atmosphere and used as counter electrodes for dye-sensitized solar cells. The results show that the cell with NCSs treated at 900 degrees C exhibits a maximum conversion efficiency of 6.28% at one sun (AM 1.5G, 100 mW cm(-2)), which is comparable to the one for the cell with conventional Pt counter electrode.
