Europe PET domestic price range stable amid mixed market views

LONDON (ICIS)--The domestic weekly price range for European polyethylene terepthalate (PET) remained stable this week amid mixed market views, sources said on Friday. The European PET price range stood unchanged at ?1,030-1,050/tonne FD (free delivered) Europe. Even though the majority of market participants said prices remained stable, some sources mentioned that rising feedstock costs and production issues upstream had led to an upwards trend for PET.
