Russia’s SIBUR starts building 100,000 tonne/year DOTP plant

LONDON (ICIS)--SIBUR has started construction of its 100,000 tonne/year dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP) plasticizer plant in Perm, the Russian petrochemical major said on Wednesday. The plant, for which the company did not publish capital expenditure (capex) details, is forecast to come on stream in 2019. The project was announced in June.
