Asia black PE 100, PE 80 pipe import prices seen stable

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Import prices of high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes in Asia are likely to stay stable this week on the back of firm demand and ethylene prices. In the week ending 9 November, black PE 100 pipe prices were assessed stable at $1,520- 1,550/tonne CFR (cost and freight) China; while black PE 80 pipe slipped $10-20/tonne week on week to $1,440-1,480/tonne CFR SE (southeast Asia), according to ICIS data.
