通过差示扫描量热、凝胶渗透色谱、动态力学分析及旋转流变等分析手段,研究了PE-RTⅡ型管材树脂(4731B)与PE100级管材树脂(FHMCRP100N)结构和性能上的差异,结果表明,4731B分子量分布曲线呈宽峰分布,而FHMCRP100N分子量呈双峰分布,高分子量组分含量较4731B多.与FHMCRP100N相比,4731B含有较多的共聚单体,其熔点、结晶度、屈服强度、弯曲模量、冲击强度较低,断裂伸长率略高,耐热氧老化性好.%The structure and property differences of PE-RT II (4731B) and PE100(FHMCRP100N) pipe resins were studied through differential scanning calorimetry, gel permeation chromatography, dynamic mechanical analysis and rotational rheology. The results show that, the molecular weight distribution curve of 4731B is broad, while the distribution of FHMCRP100N is bimodal and its high molecular weight component is more than 4731B. Meanwhile, compared with FHMCRP100N, 4731B has more comonomers; its melting point, crystallinity, yield strength, flexural modulus, impact strength are lower, but the elongation at break is slightly higher and thermo-oxidative aging resistance is better.
