SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Hebei Dongguang Chemical has increased its urea offers by Chinese yuan (CNY) 20/tonne ($3.00/tonne) to CNY1,700/tonne, a company source said on Tuesday. Producers in the southwest and northeast, as well as in Inner Mongolia, typically reduce output towards the end of the year as industrial usage of feedstock natural gas is being restricted during winter.
