Switzerland's Sika acquires Turkey's ABC Sealants

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Sika has acquired Turkey-based sealants and adhesives maker ABC Sealants for an undisclosed fee, the Swiss specialty chemicals firm said on Thursday. “The acquired production site will not only improve Sika's ability to serve customers in the Turkish market but will also function as a distribution and production hub for the Middle East and Africa, reinforcing the supply chain in this region,” the company said in a statement.
