China's CNOOC Q3 oil and gas revenue grows 16.9% on year

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s oil and gas firm CNOOC reported on Wednesday a 16.9% year-on-year increase in its third-quarter oil and gas revenue to around yuan (CNY) 35.9bn ($5.4bn) on the back of higher prices. The company’s average realized oil price rose by 20.4% year on year to $50.87/bbl in the third quarter, boosted by higher international oil prices, it said in a statement.
