LONDON (ICIS)--European phthalic anhydride spot prices have reached highs not seen since June 2015, buyers and sellers said on Friday. Short supply has bolstered prices with offers being assessed on a case by case basis. Offers in the mid to upper ?1,200s/tonne FD (free delivered) NWE (northwest Europe) are heard for spot flake.
