LONDON (ICIS)--Europe November polyvinyl chloride (PVC) contract prices are likely to follow stability in the upstream ethylene contract price amid a largely balanced market, while domestic spot and export sentiment to Turkey is soft due to differing factors, industry players said on Friday. A few selling and buying sources talked of rollovers and one producer said it had already closed its business with stable prices in local markets.
