SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Asia’s vinyl acetate monomer (VAM) spot prices were largely steady this week amid thin liquidity, but increased supply of lower-priced cargoes from China may weigh on the market, industry sources said on Friday. In week ended 28 April, VAM prices increased by $10-30/tonne week on week to $980- 1,000/tonne CFR (cost and freight) NE (northeast) Asia and SE (southeast) Asia, according to ICIS data.
