ECB holds key interest rates as eurozone economic growth slows

LONDON (ICIS)--The European Central Bank (ECB) has held its key interest rates and left quantitative easing levels unchanged on Thursday amid signs of slowing eurozone economic growth in the third quarter. The bank left its main interest rate for refinancing operations at 0.00%, its marginal lending facility rate at 0.25% and its deposit rate at -0.4%, with no change expected for the next 12 months at least, according to ECB commentary last month.
