HOUSTON (ICIS)--US spot epoxy resin import prices were assessed higher this week, due to higher prices in Asia. The epoxy resin standard liquid bulk spot price was assessed on Tuesday at $1.17-1.23/lb ($2,579-2,712/tonne) DEL (delivered) North America, an increase of 5 cents/lb from the last assessment. A source saw offers for January loading at levels much higher than the assessed range, but this could not be confirmed market wide.
