LONDON (ICIS)--Polymers demand may be outpacing economic growth now but what will consumption look like in 5, 10 or 20 years time? The plastics outlook is changing fundamentally as environmental pressure grows worldwide. Despite the headwinds and practical bottlenecks, the momentum behind the drive for greater recycling has increased significantly in a very short time. There is little to suggest that it will diminish.
