HOUSTON (ICIS)--US homebuilder confidence was steady in March, following two months of gains and a slow fourth quarter, the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)/Wells Fargo Housing Market Index (HMI) said in a Monday report. “Builders report the market is stabilising following the slowdown at the end of 2018, and they anticipate a solid spring home buying season,” said Greg Ugalde, chairman at the NAHB.
