China PP futures increase 1.87% as US-China trade talks resume

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s polypropylene (PP) futures climbed 1.87% on Monday following the official resumption of trade talks between the US and China. The September 2019 PP contract, the most actively traded contract on the Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE), closed at yuan (CNY) 8,543/tonne, up CNY157/tonne from the 28 June settlement.
