LONDON (ICIS)--Significant, $1bn-plus ethylene oxide and derivatives investment in the US is the next publicised planned major strategic move for INEOS Oxide. The company confirmed at the start of this month that it wants to build a 1.2bn lb/year (about 520,000 tonnes/year) EO and derivatives capacity at Chocolate Bayou in Texas.
