China’s average PO plant run rate down to 67.9%

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s propylene oxide (PO) plants average run rate fell to 67.9% in the week ended 16 August, ICIS data showed. In the previous week, the average run rate was at 77.2%. The decrease was mainly attributed to Shandong Jinling’s unplanned plant maintenance.
