Russian potash producer Uralkali signs co- operation pact to develop Ust-Luga port

LONDON (ICIS)--The trading arm of Russian fertilizer major Uralkali has signed a memorandum of co-operation (MOC) with international logistics provider Ultramar LLC, to develop export facilities at Ust-Luga port, in Russia’s Leningrad Oblast. Announced at the St Petersburg International Economic Forum this week, the MOC will see the two companies collaborate on the potential expansion of port infrastructure at Ust-Luga, with the aim of loading Uralkali-made muriate of potash (MOP) fertilizer.
