US PVC market players see a boon in expected end to Indian ADDs

HOUSTON (ICIS)--US polyvinyl chloride (PVC) producers may get a new export market opportunity if India reduces or removes antidumping duties (ADDs) put in place five years ago. The Indian Department of Commerce is sunset-reviewing ADDs imposed on suspension grade PVC from the US and other countries since 2014 to protect domestic producers in the world’s largest PVC importing market.
