BP, China’s Zhejiang Petrochemical to build JV AA plant in Zhoushan

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Oil major BP and China’s Zhejiang Petrochemical Corp (ZPC) have signed a memorandum of understanding to form a 50:50 joint venture to build and operate a 1m tonne/year acetic acid (AA) plant at Zhoushan in Zhejiang province, BP said on Friday.
