CRUDE SUMMARY: Saudis pour cold water on production deal

LONDON (ICIS)--The NYMEX contract opened in positive territory on Monday, while Brent was negative. Both contracts declined through to the European opening after China’s manufacturing dropped to a three-year low. Prices recovered once Europe opened, but fell once again from midday through to the US opening.
