Goldphyre raises funds for Australia potash project

HOUSTON (ICIS)--Goldphyre Resources has received commitments to raise Australian dollar (A$) 1.1m ($825,935) through placement of 17.2m shares, the Australia fertilizer explorer announced on Monday. Proceeds from the share placement will primarily fund drilling campaigns, analysis and modeling efforts at its Lake Wells Potash project in Australia.
