Canada MBAC Fertilizer set for June share delisting

HOUSTON (ICIS)--Canadian producer MBAC Fertilizer announced on Friday that the common shares and warrants of the company are set to be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) at the close of business on 10 June and that it securities will continued to remain suspended from trading. In March, the Toronto-based producer of phosphate and potash, which owns and operates the Itafos Arraias single super phosphate (SSP) integrated fertilizer facility in central Brazil, had revealed it had been notified by the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) that it was reviewing the eligibility for continued listing.
