Russia’s PhosAgro posts 12% rise in Q1 revenue amid sales increase

LONDON (ICIS)--Russian fertilizer producer PhosAgro announced on Wednesday a 12% increase year on year in Q1 revenue to RUB 56.1bn ($842.6m), while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) grew by 3% year-on-year to RUB 25.2bn. Phosphates sales rose 10% to 1.43m tonnes, with nitrogen sales up 4% to 429,800 tonnes. Ammonium nitrate (AN) sales grew 5% year-on-year.
