About grains kinematic at lapping of ball-type parts with fixed abrasive

摘要

Analytic expressions for trajectories and relative movement speed of abrasive grains calculation required during abrasive lapping of ball type parts by free lapping method are given. Results of trajectories modeling with and without points and return loops in case of diamond lapping of ball surface of the ceramic head (32mm diameter) from aluminum oxide are presented.
