摘要

In recent years, due to the BF expansion, the production of hot metal increased. At the meantime, because ofthe shortage of slabs in our company, the steelmaking plant was required to produce more steel production.Therefore, the production pace of converter steelmaking was accelerated and lining life of converters also hada corresponding increase. In the latter period of campaign, with the increase of furnace lining life, the tuyereswould have been blocked or even closed. This does not only bring a negative impact on the cost and quality ofsteel, but also influence the application of BRP to produce low phosphorus steel grades. Therefore,in order toimprove the quality and decrease the cost of steels, it is necessary to optimize the converter combinedblowing technology improving the metallurgy effect of combined blowing technology
