摘要

Martensite transformation and its tempering behavior of carbon (C) steels had been strenuously performed so far [1,2]. However, the tempering behaviors of nitrogen (N) martensite have been carried out mainly in stainless steels and high nitrogen binary alloys, and the influence of alloying element in low alloys has not been clarified yet. In this study, Fe-0.3mass%N alloys containing various alloying elements were prepared by Nitriding and Quenching process and the influence of alloying elements on the tempering behavior were investigated.
