STUDY OF COKE INFLUENCE ON THE PROCESS OF LOW TEMPERATURE REDUCING OF NICKEL CONCENTRATE IN CONVERTER MATTE SEPARATION

摘要

The results of experimental investigations of macro-kinetic regularities in interaction between coke and reaction systems on the base of products of conversion (cracking) of black oil and roasted cinder of nickel concentrate are presented applied to the technological task of manufacturing the active nickel powder at Kol'skaya mining and metallurgical company. The influence of temperature (in the range of 900-1100 deg C) and partial pressure values of gas phase components on conduction intensity of reaction interactions is examined. It was established on the base of comparative analysis of obtained data, that the investigated temperature region and concentration range o: varying the gas phase composition are characterized with reducing of cinder oxide phases mainly by coke gasification products via coke oxidizing by water vapour, carbon dioxide and air oxygen, owing to its reaching the open reaction space of a furnace (e.g. tube furnace) as infiltrates.
