摘要

This paper reports on the fundamental deformation behavior of coated paperboard creased in terms of lateral deviation of the creasing rule clearance. By observing the buckling motion of delaminated zone during the folding test, the variance of bending moment resistance of creased part was investigated in terms of the rule deviation. As the result, the transition phenomena of the rotation angle was found at the maximum bending moment, in terms of the rule deviation. Furthermore, the correlation between the moving direction of the folding point and the non-symmetrical features of creased part was discussed experimentally. It is confirmed that measurement of the gradient ratio and the convex arc length ratio of non-symmetric profile on the creased surface enables to estimate the mechanical deviation of creasing rule without any folding test.
