摘要

Currently, the demand for reductions in the weightof cars is increasing. However, most steels, which are mainlymicroalloyed steels, used for car parts do not have sufficientmechanical properties. It is effective to apply thermomechanicaltreatments such as controlled rolling and ausforming tomicroalloyed steels. However, in the case of applyingausforming to forging, some properties such as forgeability andthe ability of the steel to harden under quenching are degraded.In this research, ausforming is applied to martensiticmicroalloyed steel which has been developed. By ausforming,martensite lath and block become finer, and the density ofdislocations increases without the formation of cell structures.As a result, mechanical properties of this developed steel suchas strength, proof stress, fatigue strength and toughness were improved.
