Complex equipment and software for registration and processing of videodata arrays in measuring block gauges with the Kosters interferometer

摘要

An equipment and software complex (ESC "Kosters") for registration and processing of video data arrays in measuring block gauges of to 100 mm length with the Kosters interferometer is described. It is shown that in making measurements with the ESC "Kosters" the standard uncertainty does not exceed some nanometers.
