The foundation of energy carries quantity determination procedure with quantity balancing in 《suppliers-consumers》 systems with the complex structure of connections

摘要

The description of procedure for processing of measurement results of product quantity transfered from suppliers to consumers is given. The problem of estimates determining of ture values quantities and balancing supply and consumpton is solved. The methods of multivariate statistic analysis and of robust data processing were used.
