The way of account of characteristics of random process of changing inaccuracy of measuring devices under their evaluation on results of verifications

摘要

An attempt of synthesis a body of mathematics for processing of the verification results of measuring instruments, allowing to take results of several consequent verifications into account and thus to raise statistical value of the verificationresults was made. Offered algorithm enables to come to the decision on metrological assurance of individual instrument on the base of objective data.
